    Why is James&Co different from other women's fashion accessory brands?

    James&Co is a brand in the corporation also bearing the name James&Co. The corporation stands apart by offering head-turning, elegant styles that have never relied on animal leather. Founded in 2012, James&Co led the way in crafting outerwear and bags using only top-quality, cruelty-free fabric alternatives. Initially, we opted for vegan leather made from traditional polyurethane (PU) due to its lower environmental toxicity compared to PVC. As the market evolved, so did we. We moved away from toxic PU, embracing partially plant-based synthetic leathers. However, these alternatives still contained some degree of PU, making the transition less than perfect. Today, we are uniquely positioned as pioneers in the fashion industry, having replaced PU-based fabrics with truly sustainable, plant-based, plastic-free materials.     Our products are all labelled with paper wrap labels or paper tags. Sent from warehouses in paper or cardboard boxes. No plastics.
