Does James&Co sell retail, wholesale or dropshipping?

James&Co is wholesale only. We do not sell direct to consumers and we do not dropship.

What does James&Co sell?

James&Co brands — James&Co, CORKSTORE, and Earth Totes — sell sustainable cosmetic bags, toiletry bags, and travel accessories. Products are made from FSC-certified washable paper, natural cork, and eco canvas. All products are vegan, plastic-free, and plant-based.

Who are James&Co's customers?

Our customers are Australian retailers — pharmacies, gift stores, lifestyle stores, fashion boutiques, travel retailers, newsagencies, luggage stores, and book stores.

Where are James&Co products made?

James&Co products are manufactured by partners in Portugal (cork) and Asia (washable paper and canvas). All manufacturing partners are selected for compliance with our Supplier Code of Conduct.

What are the minimum order quantities?

All products have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1 unit. A unit is a set number of pieces — typically 10 pieces per product. Pricing and unit sizes are set out on the Wholesale Price Page.

What packaging is used?

Products are labelled with paper tags and shipped in paper or cardboard. No plastic packaging is used.
